Hospitality & Accommodation

REGISTRATION:

• Those requesting for hospitality should register as soon as possible. Services will be offered on first come first serve basis.
   
• A mail confirming your hospitality will be sent to your e-mail ids . This mail confirms your accommodation in JCET during X ISTE Student Convention 2010.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Each participant must have his/her college ID card at all times with them and should produce it on request.
  
• The Hospitality registration is separate from the registration for events.
  
• Rooms will be provided on sharing basis only. Requests for individual rooms or any other complaints in this regard will not be entertained.
  
• Hospitality will be provided on preference basis only. Since the availability of accommodation is limited, kindly register as early as possible.
  
• Each participant should register individually. A mail confirming your hospitality will be sent to your mail ids.
  
• Participants are requested to take care of their belongings during their stay at Night. Neither the Hospitality Team nor the institution will take responsibility for any loss.
  
• Participants must abide by the rules and regulations of the Hostel. If they are found to be violating the rules, they will be asked to vacate immediately. 

HOSPITALITY DETAILS:

·         Hospitality desk will function from 6 pm of  23^rd  september in jayam college of engineering and technology campus.

·         Accomodation will be provided for all registered participants from 23^rd  september  (6pm) to 25^th  september (8pm) at JCET HOSTELS.

·         Food will be provided for all the three days.

·         Participants seeking accomodation are requested to register online, inorder to help us to make prior arrangement for the same.

·         Accomodation for male participants will be provided in Men’s hostel and for female participants in Ladies hostel premises.

·         Participants should vacate the allotted rooms before 9 pm on 25^th  September.

·        A caution deposit of Rs.150 should be paid which will be refunded while vacating the rooms.

Hospitality Desk :

     The participants will be offered accommodation on first come first serve basis. Kindly ensure this checklist for accommodation at the Convention 2010.
