RULES AND REGULATIONS
- A maximum of 2 students per team.
- The participants must not deviate to any topic other than those listed above but however other papers related to the above mentioned topics are accepted.
- Presentations should be in Power point presentation Microsoft Office 2003.
- For the presentation a LCD projector, Laser light, a computer and a mike will be provided.
- Each team will be allotted 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for queries.
- Any extension in the allotted time may result in the loss of points.
- The short listed participants who are eligible to present their paper in the final presentation will be intimated through mail.
- Selected candidates must send their presentations in Microsoft Office 2003 power point through mail to us within the intimated date.
- The participants should bring their presentation on CD/USB drive along with 2 hard copies for the judges.
- Participation certificate will be awarded to all the participants who are presenting paper.
- Participants must compulsorily bring their college ID cards.
PAPER FORMAT
Abstract: 500 words (maximum).
Ø Single column with single line spacing in A4 size page
Ø Content of the paper in MS-Word with 12 Font Size (Times New Roman)
Ø Title - Bold, Upper-case in 14 Font Size (Times New Roman) followed by the Participant's name and affiliations in 10 Font Size (Times New Roman) in Lower-case.
Ø Abstract Paper must contain minimum of 6 pages.
SUBMISSION RULES
v In the mail to be sent, name file should be the title of your paper.
v Subject of the mail to be sent should follow the format < Paper Presentation – Title of the Paper>.
v Eg: <”Paper Presentation – Footprints of women in Engineering”>.
v The name of the document should be The Title of the Paper.
v Papers only in the prescribed format will be passed to the first level screening.
v An Email will be sent confirming the selection of the paper.
v All papers should be mailed to jayamiste10@gmail.com on or before last date.
v The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
v The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all the above rules as they deem fit.
v Any change in the rules will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
